D3V worked with the developer of this masterplan development for a large PRS scheme in East London producing work for pre-planning and planning phases to determine maximum design envelope and appropriate storey heights. D3V produced 25 verified views along with methodology to form part of the Townscape Impact Assessment for the development in addition we were asked to create a range of marketing images used during the planning consultation and application process.
